It’s not chrome - it’s silver. We used it on black metal kitchen chair legs to match the table. Came out great. Drying time is longer than it says on can.

Doesn’t quite look like chrome but it’s as good as it gets from what I’ve seen with other products as well.

To be fair, nothing looks like chrome, but actual chrome. Up close, you can tell, but 6 ft. or 2m. away it plays the part and makes imperfections on chrome less noticeable. I would describe more as a high-gloss, fine metallic. I’ve used Rustoleum and Krylon chrome paints, and this is a little better than those, but not perfect. I used it to fill it 2 rusted spots (circled in red on left) on a guitar resonator bridge cover. I cleaned off rust first with light sand and baking soda. Masked around the spots using painter’s tape and an exacto so only the spots were exposed. Sprayed 3 times, removed tape, and the end result is on the right. I would recommend for cosplay, models, or touching up small spots on chrome. If it’s a largely rusted item, I wouldn’t use it. It does not replace or restore real chrome, and won’t fool anyone.

I ordered it and then didn’t need it and they would t let me send it back. I was glad because I found a use for it! Great coverage.

I bought this to spray paint over gold colored light fixture pieces. When we first sprayed them they were beautiful! I was so happy with the choice. Two of the bulbs were burnt out so I bought more and when I went to replace them all the pieces had a white film on them that won't come off. Not happy.

Good paint, however it is a bright silver not chrome if you need to put it next to real Crome you can see the difference. There is no replacing real chrome, sorry.

Super peinture facile d'utilisation. Bonne adhérence et sèche pour une seconde touche après 1 heure. J'ai failli ne pas l'acheter à cause de certain commentaire négatif. Mais habitué de la marque j'ai prix le risque. L'effet chrome n'est pas possible avec une peinture mais l'effet est très satisfaisant. J'en avais besoin pour la réfection de parabole de phare ancien et je ne voulait pas payer un chromage. J'ai testé avec 2 couches puis refermé le phare. C'est nickel et ca reflète suffisamment la lumière pour passer le ct. Reste à voir la résistance à la chaleur des H4 et si ca pose problème je mettrais des led. Je recommande vivement cette peinture.

Decided to buy this after reading the good reviews on Amazon and was not disappointed. It was used over a grey primer on gold door handle letter box a door trim . It was easy to use with minimal mess and we are delighted with end result. It has given the front door new look and covers the worn gold handle letter box and door thresh . It has give a smooth cover and is a lovely colour. Hoping it lasts but we do have plenty left if it needs a touch up.
