May or may not be a dealbreaker.Pro:- Fit well, not too tight, not too loose- Does not obstruct access to usb c and surface ports- Sturdy (mostly)- Fairly lightCons:- The audio jack cannot be accessed by L plugs- The pen holder is too shallow so part of the pen sticks out. If you use the tablet vertically with the pen in the holder facing down, the pen will get scratched when it contacts the table.- When there's no keyboard, the edge where the keyboard resides is flimsy. Holding the tablet using one hand via that edge is uncomfortable and feels like the clear plastic will break any second. It would've been great if they included an extra piece that fills the gap. Huge stylus well gives me peace of mind after losing at least a half dozen of those expensive things. Large corner bumpers look like they can take a drop, but I'm not going to test that just yet, willingly that is.Body is flexible polyurethane, so it shouldn't break at the narrow spots unlike my previous case that used inflexible plastic (polycarbonate, maybe?) However this also means there isn't a rigid well to guide the power connector like they previous case had.
