They contacted me immediately, apologized, and immediately replaced the pads with no hassle at all - and much more quickly than I was expecting them to. It seems they may have had a bad batch, and appreciated being made aware of the issue. The replacement pads they sent me are perfect, the same as the original ones. I will not hesitate to use this company/seller again, because I know they'll either send me the right thing to begin with or IMMEDIATELY fix the issue (and I suspect that they won't continue to have that quality issue, based on their prompt attention to my concerns).
