The Moen Medina SRS works great and looks nice. The body and handle appear to be metal while the base plate and sprayer are plastic with a SRS finish.The faucet is light and at first I thought how very cheap of Moen to make such a poor quality faucet for such a price. However, It’s been a couple of months of use and have come to appreciate how smoothly the spigot, handle and sprayer move. I think the lighter weight materials may even help the function of these parts. I can also appreciate the plastic construction of the base plate and sprayer as they will not corrode. The SRS finish is consistent on both plastic pieces so it’s not possible distinguish what’s metal and what’s plastic. The faucet was easy to install as well. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and should any issues arise I am fairly certain Moen will stand by its product and make it right. I really don’t expect to have any problems with it though. Update 12/26/225: Faucet works and looks like new.

It took me a while to shop for a kitchen faucet, after our glacier faucet which we had for about 3 years quit on us, I decided to shop for a better faucet, so we decided with this Moen brand faucet. My wife loves it, the swivel is just a breeze, unlike our old faucet that was hard to rotate to the left or to the right. The spray hose pulls out like a breeze, nice and easy, the look(we did not use the plate)looks awsome! It is little more expensive than other brand, but it is worth each $ we paid for it. I think I will buy all my plumbing fixtures Moen brand from now on, no more cheapy brands to save few dollars.

While some parts of this are plastic, not metal as appears, it doesn't look cheap, and the light weight is actually an asset. Rotates very smoothly from side to side. Easy install (45m total to take out old faucet and install this one). We had two similar Deltas freeze up after very little time, and this is much better in terms of movement.

We initially had an issue with this faucet. The install went without a hitch and Moen provides a very nice tool to secure the faucet to the sink. I was very impressed with the tool and the quality of the faucet. However, after 1 day of use, the faucet started leaking at he base, on the top surface of the sink. It was not leaking below the sink. I removed the faucet to check that I didn't mess something up, but the problem persisted. I called Moen's support number. They called me back within the 2 hour estimated time and I explained the issue. It was determined to be the cartridge within the faucet and they promptly sent a replacement. The instructions for the replacement could have been clearer, but after a quick Google search, I was able to replace the cartridge. the faucet has worked perfectly ever since.

Nice looking stainless faucet, good water pressure and spray.

The faucet is lighter than our old one, took a little getting used to. The difference in the weight is really nice and the quality is all there. When you place the head back into the faucet a magnet pulls it in. The only problem is the squirter mode is high pressure and splashes all over the place. It's not very useful. The old model had 2 squirter modes, high and low pressure. This one has only the high pressure. The faucet in normal mode works great. The hose under the counter doesn't get stuck like the old one did. For the money it's an outstanding value.

I have had this faucet that replaced my original one that broke in half. This one is holding up well. I've never had a faucet break before.

Works fine. My only concern is the small set screw and hole that usually get a lot of water on them (will see over time). I also wish it had a bit of a further reach out to the center of the sink.
