Hello, I have problems with applying things to my hands, does this product have laboratory certifications of its components?

Can’t answer for sure, but if you have issues with applying things to your hands, it’s probably not the product for you. Maybe regular chalk is a better option. Good luck!

How well does it work with outdoor obstacles and bars/rigs when they're wet/rainy/muddy/sweaty? Does this liquid chalk still last/work?

I have used Liquid Grip indoors for weight training for many years, and it is fantastic. One application will last me for my intense one-hour workout. I think liquid chalk or regular chalk will wash off in the rain as water washes all chalk products off your hands. Normal hand sweat does not seem to affect it. The part of my hand that grips the bar does not get excessively sweaty. Liquid Grip is a great product and works better with less mess than regular chalk.

Can I use this for basketball shoes?

Use on basketball shoes how & what are you hoping to achieve? I use it on my hands to lift and do chin ups. It helps your grip. It is tacky and work better than regular chalk. Hope that helps.
