We use this traction device in our medical office, and it has proven to be extremely effective. Patients feel real relief from neck tension and pinched nerves after just a few sessions. The construction is solid, the traction is smooth and controlled, and the setup is very user-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable cervical decompression at home or in a professional setting.

Clear instructions. Effective for stiffness and compression relief.
I’ve been using the WeTrac Cervical Neck Traction Device by istim for a short while. It’s made a noticeable difference in relieving stiffness and discomfort. Results take time, but with regular use, I’ve experienced improved mobility and less tension in my neck. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. The instructions are clear and straightforward. One important note: be sure to avoiding twisting the cables. The manual emphasizes this, and it’s a good idea to pay attention to how it’s packed in the storage bag when you first take it out, so you can store it properly after each use. The WeTrac includes an adjustable neck support, positioning wedges for a custom fit, a comfortable head pad that can be replaced if needed, and a nice storage bag. Overall, it’s a well-designed tool that’s proving to be a great addition to my chiropractic care.

Excellent Quality and Works WELL!
Excellent Quality and Works WELL! I researched a lot of these devices because they are PRICEY!! But when you are in pain and something can fix it or help it.....well it is WORTH the Cost if it will hold up over time. I have 2 discs in the base of my neck that are COMPRESSED and pressing on nerves so my arm and hands where not only going Totally Numb but burning and in a LOT of Pain and it was getting worse! so went to the chiropractor and along with her adjustments (using that little thumper thing not manually) she recommended Cervical Traction. I went to the Physical therapy place to price it out for a visit and see what they had avail. Well $160 PER SESSION for 15 minutes from the time you walk in to walking out. Only traction for 3 minutes. NO WAY! So I bought this device. It works GREAT!! I started with ONLY 2 Minutes 3 times per week then moved up to 3 Minutes 2-3 times per week the next week. Be sure you lie on a FLAT surface to do this not your bed! This is your NECK and ability to Move Period so do NOT use it on a SOFT Surface that you will SINK down into. Easy to use. Loved the DIAL to do the Traction. Some people say it jerks you when you are getting out of it.....well....READ the Directions.....Use Common Sense....when you are ready to RELEASE the Tension, HOLD ONTO THE DIAL with 1 hand and with the Other Hand PRESS the Red Button WHILE STILL HOLDING THE DIAL and SLOWLY ROTATE the Dial Backwards. No Jerking at all!! YOU CONTROL the Timing of the Release of the Tension that way. I did have some trouble reading the indicator of how much tension I was using unless I had a light source right there down at my level to be able to see it. But that is minor. I just had my husband read it for me a couple of times until I knew EXACTLY How Many "Turns" of the Dial went to the Number of Tension I wanted. Now I just Count the Turns of the Dial. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Device if you READ all the Directions 1st and This Seller!!! Also the Bag that it comes with is VERY nice and makes it Easily Portable. I Could not find my pictures to go with the review but it is sturdy. Love it.

Misleading Product - Not Close to Woth the Money
I have a bulging disc in my spine and this was similar to a device I use at PT. I thought with it being so expensive, it would be better than the one they use there that isn't as comfortable. I was wrong. This one is more comfortable, but the ratcheting system they use instead of hydrolic is incredibly inconsistent. Once I get past 15 "pound of pressure", nothing feels different. There is no way this item goes up to "50 pounds of pressure" indicated on its control dial. I've decided to give it time and try to work the the product, but I'm in too much pain to pay this much money and not have the device work as advertised. Edit: this device is now broken. Its dial that indicates the pressure no longer moves and I have to unwind the control device all the way just to get it to pull up. It's broken now and I have no idea why. It will be unfortunately returned. It's only benefit is it's comfort and carrying case.

Well made device, easy to use with storage bag
First impression for this cervical neck traction device when opening up the box is the well made storage bag. You can also tell the device itself is also made with good quality. Originally I thought it needs electricity to operate but it turned out it’s not which makes it easy to use everywhere you want. The instruction makes it easy to understand how to operate the device. After using it for a few days, I will recommend using it at lower pulling tension for the first 7 to 10 times. Then increase the pulling tension to the lb setting which you feel comfortable, remember never over stretched. Always make sure you adjust the neck width setting so it will provide comfort and protection while using the device. I felt sore and weird on my neck after the first use and it went away later in the day. Please also consult with your doctor if the uncomfortable reaims after using the device.

Well constructed and worth every pennyhh
We have used this on my husband since the first day and he says it works very well and relieves a lot of his neck pressure. The machine it’s self was easy to use and directions are also easy to follow. The traction machine is able to adjust at an incline or to lay flat. You can control the amount of pressure you want with the dial which is able to be held in your hand while using the traction pressure. Very well made and able to control at the touch of your hand.
