Cheap rubbish
This is 2 pieces of cheap plastic with notches cut in them. Nothing like what the photo shows. Don't bother!

Pastry crusts turn out wonderful
A friend recommended silicone crust protectors so I ordered these. They work excellent, work for many sizes of pie plates. Finally I bake a pie without having crusts too brown or worse black. Love them
