I’ve tried the calm and the sleep so far. I toss and turn at least 7 times a night easily. I rubbed the sleep into my palms and inhaled deeply . I love the smell I kept inhaling it over and over. I slept so deeply I don’t remember tossing or turning. I usually sleep 8 hours and I slept 10. So to make sure I did this routine 3 nights in a row and slept 10 hours . I’m retired so I don’t mind but I don’t like sleeping that long every night . So I’d say it’s a YES .

They do the job. My teens use them and I use them. My oldest is using it for her breathing problems. She doesn't like the inhaler and the breathing roll on helps her, my youngest uses the calm and sleep. I some for me too

These little roll-on oils smell pretty good, but I don't want to walk around smelling them all day or even smelling like them all day.
