It held up in the cooler spring temps with a 20 degree bag. I woke up once in the night because my face got too cold, otherwise I was nice and comfortable. The inflation sack that's included with this pad is a great weight/space saver. With the sack I can inflate the pad in a couple minutes. I've slept comfortably on this pad in tents, camping shelters, and on the bare ground. I would highly recommend this pad. I'm not too wide but it's kinda annoying having the arms failing to the sides but that's on me.
