Acroprint BioTouch Self-Contained Automatic Biometric Fingerprint/Proximity Time Clock (No Monthly Fee)

We bought this product to replace Time Drop since it's not supported on Windows 11. Pretty much everything about this product is clunky from employee set up to retrieving the hours worked. *As far as I can tell there is no way to have the hours automatically tally and you have to manually add them up. We never used the facial recognition so I can't say whether it's okay or not. The product stopped working after 8 months and is unusable and unreturnable. Overall I would not recommend this product and think it's a waste of your money.

I had one of these several years ago and it finally died. So I purchased another one. I only have 15 staff so it works perfectly for what I need. The spread sheet for reporting is great as I can make any corrections needed and it gives me what I need for payroll. Would recommend for any small business as it is easy to use and set up

I wish it separated the employees time differently. Works well. Saves time. Little difficult to set up initially.

100 Stars if such a thing! Superbly pleased with the fast knowledgeable, professional and courteous service!! We purchased the BioTouch time clock as a 1st time purchase (we used paper time sheets originally). Even though I am not tech savvy at all, the instructions were easy to follow. I then wanted to change the settings for the daily time to be calculated but couldn't figure out where to go. I requested the information online and a Sales Rep responded via email later that day. When I advised that I needed a Customer Service Tech, someone called within a few minutes. The Rep walked me through the procedure quickly. He was understanding even though in hindsight, the instructions in the manual were step-by-step. I just couldn't wrap my head around the procedure. We highly recommend and will use Acroprint for any future needs.

It works as described, but the it doesn’t feel very modern

Used time clock was sent because other people were listed on the employees' list with one designated as a manager. So the product was already returned presumably because it didn't work. After 2 hours the tech was unable to get the system to recognize new and different employees continually reverting back to the ones already in the machine. The tech blamed new microsoft technology that interfered with their system. It seems to me that they should work out the bugs before using up so much of my time trying to find a work around. Don't resell used products that don't work!

Was a great fit for our small business. Customer support was very helpful in selecting what we were looking for for our operation. Bio Touch has worked great so far we are using RFID cards and they have worked well. The only negative I feel is the RFID cards seem to be a bit expensive. I purchased the RFID cards from AcroPrint directly but they have worked perfectly.

Works wonderful, cuts down on time theft. If your having a problem call them they are awesome

It does track time, when it works. It is also a pain to get reports off of. Definitely advertised as a more helpful device.
