Good product
I started taking this probiotic and noticed a difference in my body almost right away. I feel great, and Iโve even lost a few pounds since I began using it. I started by taking three capsules a day for the first three days, which really helped cleanse my system. After that, I followed the recommended dose of two per day, and my digestion has been back on track ever since. Now Iโm down to one a day, and I continue to feel really good.
