These help me so much! Let me preface this by saying I have been a life long anemic. Doctors dont care that I have a ferritin of 3 as long as my iron levels are normal (they are not btw). I am tired of feeling exhausted all the time and cannot take regular iron pills these are super easy on my stomach and when I forget to take them my body knows. I feel like I am getting more energy back. I will continue using as long as my body keeps responding positivity. I only take 1 pill a day so far. Have been since mid April 2026 when I started. Helped With Restless Legs
Only thing that has relieved my restless legs. I have not had blood work done since starting them but my restless legs have gone away so I'm going with they are working as they should
