Since purchasing DIM , I am focused , energetic , fun to be around , clear minded , clearer skin , flatter stomach . I take two in the morning . Mentally and emotionally I feel like I did before real life happened ; prior to worry and stress. I started DIM because I began noticing mood swings , highs and lows especially right before my cycle (PMS) , all of this pointing to estrogen dominance . I’m textbook classic for estrogen dominance body type and all. Definitely recommend this product!

I’m a woman who reached her sixties and I’ve been feeling so off kilter. I’ve tried so many things that helped but didn’t quite do the trick. Well this did. A couple of my medications have raised my liver numbers. This month’s bloodwork was great. You’re not supposed to take too much of this stuff. This is the lowest dose I could find. It’s perfect.

I initially started this supplement to help with painful periods due to endometriosis and hormonal imbalance. It helped with painful periods and made them lighter. It also cut down the duration. To my surprise this supplement has also cleared up my acne. I normally have adult/ hormonal acne but since I have been taking Dim my skin has cleared up tremendously.

I've had a lot of hormonal issues since getting Lyme disease and having my cycle end abruptly in my 40s (what I refer to as Lyme-induced menopause). I'm now in my late 50s so I decided to finally try DIM to see if it makes a difference in any of my symptoms. I've only just started it so it's too early to say, but I like the brand (Liberty Lifestyle), the capsuled have no detectable flavor, and at only $15.95 for a 60-day supply, the bottle seems like a good value. The bottle says that they're made in the US and that they're GMP certified and GMO-free. I also like that there are very few ingredients: the DIM itself, black pepper extract, vegetable cellulose (the capsule) and rice flour. No magnesium stearate! One thing I find confusing is that the label says that 1 capsule is a serving and that there are 60 servings in the bottle; however, under the directions for taking them, it says to take 2 capsules daily and not to exceed those 2 capsules. That would make the bottle a one-month supply. Maybe the label is meant to read "take up to two capsules daily," but as of right now, that is not what it says. I'm deducting one star because it's confusing and I'm now not sure what the actual dosage is. Overall, I recommend this product. As I continue taking it, I'll see if any of my symptoms improve. If so, I'll report back.

So at 49 I had my T checked, 720, doc said that was pretty good for my age but said try DIM, I found this and used it for 2 months, had it checked and it skyrocketed to 1152! So no doubt this stuff works, very pleased! Only taking one a day.

I was waking up every night with hot flashes. I've noticed when I take this I don't have them. I sleep much better.

I can't say enough good things about this product of DIM!! I have been taking for 2 weeks and I can finally see a HUGE difference in my mood. It did take 2 weeks to build up to see a difference. I don't feel angry or upset. Recommend this product!

I wanted to give it a Fair Shake. Well I know people would think I was a Gluten for Punishment... But it was the circumstances that caused me to think it may be something else. I had started it, I took only Half the Dose(1 pill, thank God) But I thought I had used a Cleaner on my chair that broke me out because it seem to happen after I was in it. So I went through this Terrible, Itching and Burning like fire on and off for over a week(Relief with antihistamines) I waited to be healed, and the Chairs steamed and Purified.. I didn't go near the chair even then.... so I decide to take the DIM again,(half dose 1 pill) I went 10 hours thinking Hey, I'm good, but Like clockwork by the 11th hour... The Hives Broke out.. Now I know I cannot Take Dim..... So be aware that it can cause Allergic Reactions
