Entire order not fulfilled

I ordered 20 skulls but only received 4 for some reason. Not happy with that and no explanation. The 4 that I did receive are great!

I misread the fine print and thought it was seven piece

It was cute, I misread the fine print and thought it was seven piece, but they count the six markers it comes with.I decorated it, but could have bought a less expensive one for the altar and save some money.
