Can this be used to clean ceiling fan blades?

sure, it is used widely to clean appliances, ceiling, window blinds, ceiling fans, various furniture, ceiling, lamps, cobwebs, and cars.

The extension pole I received extends only up to 72 inches? Does it extend up to 100 inches as listed above for any one?

I don’t know to be honest. I’m storing the box of parts out I the garage I was thrilled with it when I got it and it extended plenty long enough to clean our ceiling fan. This kit is just a terrific buy in my opinion. If you need more Inches stand in a step stool or chair. I would buy this kit again in a heart beat!
