Has anyone gotten the case wet? Wondering about bringing it on a kayak...

I used mine on the kayak and it's not waterproof. It's better suited for like a paddle board or a trip to the lake where it might get a splash or wet towels being tossed on it. It's a super nice size you could pop it in a ziplock

Has anyone used this case for Auvi-Q and an inhaler?

We have not yet had anything happen to require such treatment, so we do not know if it can be used in that manner.
