عن تجربة:الذكاء فيه محدود واللغة ركيكة. الدردشة مبنية على أسئلة جاهزة، وما فيه محادثة حقيقية. وحتى المحتوى المفيد في التطبيق أغلبه باشتراك شهري أو سنوي، فالنسخة بدون اشتراك تبقى محدودة.

My kids love it
Miko is such a fun robot but also very useful. My kids like to ask him questions about everything, including their homework lol. It has lots of features and great to explore. I love miko too. Don’t judge 🙈

Horrible product and service. Ruined my son’s birthday!
I bought the Miko for my 5 year old son for his birthday. Miko worked for only 3 days and one night while it was charging it just stopped working and showed a black screen with a sentence telling us it has a technical issue and to email the Miko company and open a ticket. After emailing them ; it took weeks to get a reply back saying to be patient with no instructions. Then later they sent another email saying they have closed the ticket. It’s all automated chatbots that just make you run around with no intent of actually giving any customer service. This is a bad product that breaks in less than 2 weeks and the customer service is bad and they have no intent of backing up their bad product with a warranty. I would not recommend to buy this product as you kids will be sad and disappointed as was my son on his birthday!

Awesome product!
Miko is a wonderful products for kids looking to engage with AI in a safe and reliable environment.

Good product but AI is weak pathetic battery
The product is nice engaging but content is difficult to explore for kids and AI is not that good as alexa expensive for limited features it offers and also max subscription is separate and expensive. Battery life is bad and battery goes bad after few recharges and it is useless then.
