this is a great source of anti-oxidants. It does leave a fishy aftertaste from the fish oil content. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great vitamins. Pills are a little larger than average for those who have trouble swallowing bigger pills. Not an issue for me so these are great. Take them daily and definitely have noticed the benefits after a few weeks of consistently taking.
