It was easy to install the product. Seemed good quality upon inspection. Fit in nicely without any trouble. I’ll replace with the same one once the one I installed becomes old.

Great price and it does what it says it should. As with all filters, check your year and model.

Looks to be a decent replacement. I do notice a difference already in gas mileage and efficiency. My two issues are it has a felt seal instead of a rubber one, and doesn’t have the locking mechanism that the OEM filter has. Other than that, this was the easiest fix I’ve ever done.

The dealership wanted $40 to replace the air filter. Save yourself the money and do it yourself. Just pop open the cover and fold the tabs down and pull out the old air cleaner. The new air cleaner does not have those locking tabs, but sides in securely. The fresh air enters from the bottom so when you check it make sure you turn the air filter over because that is where you will see if it needs to be replaced. Fram is a quality air filter and a dirty air filter can affect Fuel economy

This filter is ever so slightly different than the OEM filter which had two rotating locking levers. This Fram filter has no locking levers but instead has a few built in plastic spring type tabs along it's sides which seem to work well. It simply slides in with a gentle push all the way until it bottoms. It pulls out by grabbing the center plastic molded piece similar to OEM. Before installation use your Shopvac to clean the bottom of airbox of sand debris, bugs, leaves, etc. Be sure to remove new filter from the plastic wrap before installing.
