Review: Sound great with Marantz 2265B ! - I bought these to pair with my Marantz 2265B that I recently had serviced. These pair wonderfully wiht the Marantz in a fairly large living room. We primarily play records on an old Dual and also stream via WiiM Device. Highs & Mids sound wonderful & it hands off to the wireless klipsch 12" sub very nicely. Handles all kinds of music surperbly at this price point. I am not an aduiophile but some friends that know more than me have commented on how well these speakers sound with the setup. And the aesthetics are nice - The walnut look speaker cabinet goes nicely with the wooden cabinet of the marantz receiver and the midcentry modern stereo credenza we have our records on. Review: Great Sound at a Reasonable Price Point - I bought Klipsch Reference Premiere RP-600M II speakers without the benefit of a listening audition because of favorable reports from professional audio reviewers. Turned out to be good choice and definite upgrade over the ELAC Debut 2.0 B5.2 I had been listening to. ELAC makes a good product though they sound less dynamic/exciting (possibly more accurate?) than the Klipsch. Same listening environment, both pairs benefiting from DSP room adjustment. The listening experience definitely improved with burn in time and my personal adjustment the horn-loaded mid/high frequency driver. Quality and appearance come across as first rate – solid build with convincing wood veneer (actually a synthetic wrap). Would buy these again without hesitation. ## Features - BIGGER TRACTRIX HORN: A new, larger 90° x 90° silicone composite hybrid Tractrix horn provides crisper, clearer sound. - LINEAR TRAVEL SUSPENSION (LTS) TITANIUM DIAPHRAGM TWEETER: The exclusive 1” LTS minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performance. - VENTED TWEETER DESIGN: The vented tweeter housing enhances the detail in what you hear. - ALL-NEW CERAMETALLIC WOOFERS: Updated for absolutely flawless sound reproduction, minimum distortion, and maximum efficiency. - TRACTRIX PORTS: Utilizing Tractrix geometry, the Reference Premiere ports allow for the most efficient, fastest air transfer from the cabinet for cleaner, more powerful bass. - BI-WIRING/BI-AMPING CAPABILITY: Dual input terminals for bi-wiring/ bi-amping capabilities separate high and low-frequency current into different speaker cables, reducing distortion for clearer midrange. - NEW LOOK: Furniture grade materials and finishes make these speakers a statement piece for any room - REMOVABLE GRILLE: Attaches magnetically for an elegant transition from powerful showstopper to discrete performance piece. - Includes: (2) RP-600M II bookshelf speakers ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09V5H1CLZ | | Additional Features | Bi-Amping Capability | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Antenna Location | For Televisions | | Audio Driver Size | 6.5 inches | | Audio Driver Type | Dynamic Driver | | Audio Output Mode | Surround | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,436 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #21 in Bookshelf Speakers | | Brand | Klipsch | | Built-In Media | Speaker | | Color | Brown | | Compatible Devices | Amplifier | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Car | | Connectivity Protocol | Wired | | Connectivity Technology | Wired | | Control Method | Remote | | Controller Type | Corded Electric | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 527 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Wood (Walnut), Titanium, Ceramic | | Frequency Response | 25 KHz | | Is Waterproof | FALSE | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 13"D x 7.95"W x 15.75"H | | Item Weight | 18 pounds | | Manufacturer | Klipsch | | Model Name | RP-600M II Wal | | Model Number | RP-600M II Wal | | Mounting Type | Tabletop Mount | | Number of Audio Channels | 5.1 | | Number of Items | 2 | | Power Source | AC | | Series Number | 2 | | Speaker Maximum Output Power | 25 watts | | Speaker Size | 6.5 inches | | Speaker Type | Bookshelf | | Subwoofer Diameter | 6.5 inches | | UPC | 743878046526 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | | Warranty Description | 5 year manufacturer | | Warranty Type | Full | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | Woofer Diameter | 6.5 inches | ## Product Details - **Audio Output Mode:** Surround - **Brand:** Klipsch - **Connectivity Technology:** Wired - **Frequency Response:** 25 KHz - **Speaker Maximum Output Power:** 25 watts ## Images ![Reference Premiere RP-600M II Walnut Bookshelf Speakers - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61glHCFACKL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Where are the speakers made?** A: Klipsch designs and engineers all of our products in the United States. For more than 70 years, we have continued to proudly build many of our speakers lines at our factory in Hope, Arkansas This particular product was assembled in China. We assure you – it rocks! **Q: How does 2 Live Crew sound through these?** A: Although this bands repertoire is not on our normal speaker testing rotation, we feel confident that the 2 Live Crew will sound as good as the artist intended it to with RP-600M II if they are connected to a great amplifier/audio source! The speakers are very detailed and dynamic so you will hear all the intricate nuances and energy the artist has put into the record. Thanks :)! **Q: Is there any significant sound/listening difference for lr in ht between these and former model 600m which you can still buy at lower price?** A: From our Klipsch experts at ListenUp: Yes! There is a significant sound difference between the RP-600M II and the former model. The new RP-600M II has new drivers (the sound sounds deeper and more refined. Way more of a HiFi sound than the previous generation). Klipsch also upped the internal bracing in these. Less resonance internally. When we first set them up, we had some people asking where the subwoofer was. It's a more refined version. Between the original and the RP II, we're definitely recommending the RP-600M II. It's more of a speaker that you'll purchase and be happy with for years to come. **Q: Would these work well behind my couch on stands in my home theater set up?** A: They should! They work great for rear and side surround application. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sound great with Marantz 2265B ! *by N***O on September 8, 2026* I bought these to pair with my Marantz 2265B that I recently had serviced. The larger 90 by 90 degree Tractrix horn is paired with a 1-inch titanium LTS tweeter and a vented tweeter housing, a design intended to improve clarity while keeping distortion under control. Updated Cerametallic woofers handle the lower frequencies, and the Tractrix ports are shaped for faster airflow and cleaner bass. What I appreciate most is that the design is not only about output. It also focuses on detail, efficiency, and a controlled presentation that works for both music and home theater. These are passive wired speakers, so they require a suitable amplifier rather than connecting directly to a phone or television. Dual input terminals support bi-wiring or bi-amping, but a normal single-wire connection with the terminal jumpers in place remains the straightforward choice for most systems. Furniture-grade materials make the walnut cabinets feel like part of the room instead of equipment that needs to be hidden. This is an excellent, flexible speaker pair with both technical substance and visual appeal. ## Frequently Bought Together - klipsch Reference Premiere RP-600M II Walnut Bookshelf Speakers - FosPower Banana Plugs 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Closed Screw 24K Gold Plated Speaker Plug Connectors for Speaker Wire, Wall Plate, Home Theater, Audio/Video Receiver, Amplifiers and Sound Systems - Klipsch R-120SW Subwoofer, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/439592163-reference-premiere-rp-600m-ii-walnut-bookshelf-speakers](https://www.desertcart.id/products/439592163-reference-premiere-rp-600m-ii-walnut-bookshelf-speakers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
