Review: Easier and Better! - Why did you pick this product vs others?: Used these connectors in a Miata where I had added a remote entry system. Originally I tied into wires under the steering wheel and had two issues. Loose wires kept dropping down from behind the panel under the dash and whenever I needed to take out the center console, had to cut wires. Using these snap connectors I managed to route the wiring out of the way so it no longer hands down inside the foot well. Plus, when the console needs to come out, it is a simple matter of flipping the connector lever to release wires then popping them back in when reassembling. Now the installation is cleaner and maintenance is quicker. An added bonus is that the electrical connections are more secure and solenoids get more current and work much better than when using crimp connectors.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Used these connectors in a Miata where I had added a remote entry system. Originally I tied into wires under the steering wheel and had two issues.
