Update: I looked at my original packaging and realized the company extends a one year warranty on their mop and bucket system. Once I reached out to their customer service, and explained what happened, I was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose the latter because i loved this mop before it broke. One day earlier than expected, I received my replacement mop and bucket, and I’m so happy!! What I love: I love that, although when you get a mop you have to basically build you can feel the weakness in the stick but, this stick is sturdy. It doesn’t wobble in the joints. And the metal is firm, not flimsy. I love not having to bend over to wring anything out, and although I used to be biased against anything not a traditional cotton mop head, I don’t miss the random cotton braided stands all over the place after mopping. I love that I’m able to disinfect (most times with bleach) my floor without degrading the mop head. I love how effective it is at actually cleaning my floor without the extra weight of the wet “hair” slinging around behind it. It’s just a less strenuous job, yet still gets the job done. I’m a stickler for a clean floor, so I also love the fact that the mop pads can be swapped out and washed/disinfected as needed. So while one is dirty, I can just use another clean one. I love that the wringer not only extracts water, but also scrapes off any dust and debris that gets stuck to the mop pad. And that even when full, the bucket isn’t super heavy, so even on my floor’s deep cleaning days, I can easily empty my dirty water and refill with clean to mop a second time. The only thing I wish were different was if the dirty water went to a separate chamber, and not back into the clean soapy water. FYI: the lid does pop off and on fairly easily, so you can rinse everything out and off when you’re done. Original: Ironically the mop is sturdy, but the mop head broke at the hinge while I was using it. Before that, I absolutely loved this set, I'm disappointed that it snapped on me. I originally gave it 3 stars, but it’s back to 5 based on everything.

This mop is actually very efficient and cleans surfaces very thoroughly. I really like the design with the two separate water containers — one for clean water and one for dirty water. That makes a big difference and helps keep the cleaning process more hygienic. I also like the scraping feature that lets you clean the dirty side of the pad easily. However, I want to share an important tip so others don’t make the same mistake I did. The mop head can break if the cleaning pad is not inserted correctly. In my case, the pad was not fully secured, so it started to pile up while sliding into the water container. The pressure eventually caused the plastic connection between the mop head and the stick to break. To avoid this, make sure the pad is attached properly: • Place the pad flat on a surface with the three slots facing up. • Align the three tabs on the mop head with the three slots on the pad. • Slide the mop head into the pad until it is fully inserted. • Press firmly so the pad is completely secured before you start mopping. If the pad is attached correctly, the mop works very well and cleans surfaces nicely. I hope this tip helps others get the best use out of it and avoid the issue I experienced.

Great mop. We have hardwood floors and a puppy. Easy floors to vacuum and then mop. No excess water on floor, easy to use, clean and store. I had my son buy one and a friend, both agree, this makes mopping easy.

I absolutely LOVE this mop. It's amazing and I debated between a few other types and I am SO glad I went with this one. Easy to use and for a good price too! I definitely recommend!!

It works. All the other reviewers have covered its virtues. I think a new design could make it even better. For example, when you bring the dirty mop back to the "bucket" you scrub and squeeze off the dirty water and dirt--good so far--but it's designed so that that stuff runs back into your mop water. Why doesn't it run into the empty chamber where the mop water isn't? Then it would keep your mop water cleaner. I'm thinking of the correct way to wash a car: you use two buckets, a wash bucket with water and detergent and a rinse bucket with water only. You put your mitt or whatever you're using into the wash bucket, apply it to the car and pick up dirt, which you then rinse off in the rinse bucket. You don't rinse in the wash bucket. Otherwise some of the dirt you just got OFF the car will be on your mitt again, and as you go around the car the wash water would get dirtier and dirtier. Same thing here. Seems like it would be better to keep the wash water as clean as posslble. Scrape off the brown/gray icky water with hairs etc into the other side of the container, which right now stays almost empty. Still, this is better than any swiffer thing or other bucket based mop I've seen. You can really control how much water you want in your pad. Update 11/16/25: Above comments notwithstanding, it really is a good system. Compact and stores easily. Rinses out easily. You have great control over how wet you want the pad, and even with just one down-up through the scraper, it doesn’t drip when you pull it out. All the components are sturdy and well designed. The way the pad head swivels and clicks into place is pretty slick. Best I’ve used and would recommend it without hesitation.

My spin mop broke so I took a chance on a new style of mop and this works so much better. Cleans floors and walls effortlessly and maneuvers with ease. Wish I had gotten it years ago.

Got floorboard and can't be too wet, it would be perfect if the handle can be longer. Tall people find it difficult to mop. Overall very good quality and recommended
