The flexible foot joint and muiltiple feet makes it much more stable and easier to use. The light is brighter and more useful than I thought it would be. ( 2 AAA, not included). I'm 6'1" so the height adjustment is fine for me but for shorter should consider that the adjustment range is smaller than on cane that does not fold up for travel. Really responsive seller prime made for a quick delivery that I really appreciated because I lost my other cane really needed a replacement.
