I believe this supplement is helpful for improving focus and cognitive function.

As an optometric student, I love that this is one convenient capsule! Lutein has great benefits for the eye so knowing that it is packed into just one pill with cognitive effects as well makes it that much easier to take. I feel good knowing I’m doing something for my brain health with ingredients that I trust. I just started using this but feel a noticeable boost already

After taking one tablet daily for three or four days, it help provide me mental clarity. I take it first in the morning even before my coffee.

I am on my second month taking these supplements. So far I have not noticed any changes. I will give them more time to see if they’re helping me.
