    Absolute garbage product and absolute garbage service

I got this for Christmas, and within a month multiple keys started to either require a lot of force to register or wouldn't even register at all. This wasn't a problem with the keycaps (I did multiple troubleshoots), but with the switches themselves. I sent this to Mechanical Keyboards for repair in January (after figuring out their obscure and shady return process), and didn't hear a single thing about it until early May, when they called to verify my return address. I had sent multiple emails asking about its status and never heard anything back. By the time they called about my return address, I had already given up on ever seeing this keyboard again and had gotten a new keyboard.The keyboard came back to me within a week of the call. It was completely dead-on-arrival and one of the keyboard risers on the back shattered in my hand as soon as I opened it. I tried multiple USB ports on multiple computers and none of them brought the keyboard back to life.I'm giving up on this product and on MK in general. Just buy the $30 Redragon keyboard instead.

Every now and then the keyboard flickers and disconnects, a re-connect fixes it and hasnt happened during use.  Still semi annoying.  Other than that, it's great.
