I'm sold
This is the only Vitamin B12 that actually absorbs in my system. I can feel the burst of energy in the morning. My blood lab results for my annual physical was proof that my numbers increased. It's not cheap but what's the cost of your health?

Energy boost for sure!

I have had medical issues over the years as i age. I have taken vitamins since 1981 ,while in college. The issues i have is with having to take medication that depletes some of my vitamins in my system. I'm 68 and work every week on remodeling our retreat house in the country. I've tried other b12 brands and they help a little. I saw these and decided to try them since they have the 3 different forms b12. After about 1 month i started to notice that i just kept working and not getting tired even though i was sweating heavily. I stopped taking them for a week or so after taking for 3 months. Taking Solgar v2000, which has b12 , i was still feeling tired again. Start back up on these b12 and energy back again. I feel better and not tired. I take 2 per day and it's not harmful since your body doesn't store b vitamins. These are like taking an energy ,mood pill. It helps in the function of your nerves, and i have a damaged spinal code, and this is the first B12 that actually makes my nerves to feet work better. It's just so fabulous that it does what its doing for me. Fabulous type of b12 ever and highly recommend to people who need a lot of energy, help nerve transmission, and to just feel great about yourself!

No taste and easy to swallow
I needed to start taking B12 to help get my energy levels up and because I need more B12 in my diet. They don’t have a bad taste and they’re easy to swallow. I feel like they were worth what I paid for them and I will definitely be buying more.
