So far, I have found this to be the best blutooth headset on the market. All the others I have tried seem to allow to much background noise, that is the complaint I get. So, 5 stars for great functionality.

Volume Not Loud, I struggle to hear my callers and it's so uncomfortable wearing it after a while. Don't buy or else you'll regret it. Waste of money!

Functionally this works really well for me. I have some hearing issues but this has not been a problem using this Jabra. Battery life is good & it’s quick to recharge. Gives good range to whatever device I Bluetooth it to, sometimes to the point I forget where I left my phone/laptop when talking. My only quibble is that I find I have to fiddle a lot with it to get the placement correct in my ear. The hook is necessary and, yes, sometimes becomes uncomfortable - but it is made from rigid plastic so it’s not surprising really! Other times I can forget I’m wearing it long after a call has ended, so I guess it’s a question of making sure you have it ‘sitting’ well on/in the ear. To summarise I am pleased with the purchase (been using for several months now), sound quality is good.

Bought this to replace my older Jabra Talk 35. The sound quality is no where near the 35 and way too low when travelling in the car. You have to ask people to speak up. If you want this for just sitting in the house making calls it’s fine, but if your using it for in a car, buy a better quality like the Talk 35. The on/off button is a pain too. It’s at the inside back of the device and if like me you switch off to save battery it’s an absolute pain without taking it off. I also found you easily hung up on people when trying to adjust the sound level. Really disappointing!

For the price and brand I was expecting something pleasant to use. I was disappointed. It is 'ok' at best. The positives: It works. The bluetooth is quick to connect. Ho The negatives: The mic picks up surrounding noises very easily. I was hoping the boom would help compared to other models, but it is not as effective as I hoped. The fit in the ear is horrible. The ear piece doesn't go in the ear channel, which is fine, but the ear piece does not align with ear hole. This results in it not feeling snug, and being too quiet.

This is the second earpiece that I have used for work phone, the first one worked well for 3-4 years, the incoming volume was deteriorating so I decided to get a replacement. Very pleased with this new one, easy to connect via Bluetooth,the volume is great, battery charges quickly and it is comfortable to wear all day

Mon ancienne oreillette Jabra 2 de début 2019 ne tient plus beaucoup la charge (1h de conversation). Il est temps, hélas, de la mettre à la retraite :o) Cette Jabra Talk 25 et quasiment identique. Légèrement plus petite et surtout tient la charge :o) J'ai failli faire une infidélité à Jabra. J'avais commandé une Newbiee. Quelle erreur ! Super son mais, les gens m'entendaient très mal comme le confirme les commentaires... Sitôt reçue, sitôt retournée (merci Amazon !). Jabra reste pour moi les meilleurs oreillettes. Tout est bon, le son, le micro, l'autonomie, la fixation sur ou dans l'oreille, légèreté, design, etc. Pour les mécontents du langage Anglais dans l'oreillette et qui ne comprennent pas, franchement... Pour l’appairage, 20sec... Il faut appuyer en continu sur la palette de prise d'appel. "Battery low" > Batterie faible... "Connected" > Connecté... Et c'est tout ! Lorsque je vois des mauvaises notes dans les commentaires pour ça, vraiment... Si vous cherchez une excellent marque d'oreillettes, fiables et sans soucis, allez-y, foncez ! :o)

Jag har haft den här produkten i ett antal veckor nu och jag tycker att den fungerar bra. Ljudet är lagom i styrka för det mesta men det hade varit bra om det gått att höja lite mer ibland. Har kollat ljudkvaliteten hos de jag ringer till och de är nöjda. Själv låter de jag pratar med bra. Tänkte köpa den här modellen först då jag haft en Jabra Easycall tidigare som varit bra men där batteriet lagt av samt även en Plantronics M70 som börjat dista i luren och därför blivit omöjlig att använda. Köpte även en Plantronics Legend som jag inte är så nöjd med då den är stor och tyngre. Ljudkvaliteten på den är varken bättre eller sämre än denna Jabra Talk 25 som jag därför rekommenderar. Glöm däremot New Bee LC-B45. Batteritiden är fantastisk men de jag talar med hör mig inte och klagar hela tiden. Returneras!

La fonction marche- arrêt n' est pas sur le bord latéral. Il est donc impossible d' allumer l'oreillette ou de l'éteindre sans la décrocher de son oreille. Le volume n'est pas suffisant. Du coup il faut tendre l'oreille pour entendre son interlocuteur. Enfin la touche pour les différentes fonctions (raccrocher, décrocher, etc) est bcp trop sensible et impossible à gérer. Par exemple si vous voulez augmenter le volume ou ré-enfoncer davantage l'oreillette dans l'oreille et que vous effleurez la touche "fonctions'", l'appel se coupe ou se met en attente. Je déconseille vraiment.
