Practical
This product takes up very little space and folds nicely against the wall. Holds a good amount of washing. Easy to install and very sturdy.

Nicely made, easy to install and works as expected
The rack arrives ready built rather than flatpack, simply requiring mounting on the wall. It does come with fixtures which is just as well as the deep frame means you need pretty long screws. There's only about 30mm of screw sticking out the back to go into the wall so those with dot'n'dab walls might want to swap them out for something more suitable. Build quality seems good. The wood of the frame is actually solid wood (as evidenced by looking inside the grooved runners) rather than chipboard or similar. What looks like a metal frame appears to be almost totally plastic but is very sturdy and at least should pose no rust issues in future. Operation is very simple in that you literally just pull the outermost rung of each of the racks up until it slots into place in some grooves on the runners. Lowering requires lifting a bit to unlock it and then pushing it back into place, so no string or pulleys to worry about getting tangled. There seems to be some sort of soft-close mechanism so the racks don't just drop uncontrollably when unlocked.

Decent amount of space and folds away smoothly. Rock solid too.

Wooden frame with plastic drying bars.
Looks good and easy to use. Folds Way nicely. The plastic bars do feel a bit flimsy so we will see how they last. For small thinks like underwear and t shirts it's great but when putting heavy jeans or towels I am concerned that they will snap but so far so good!

Bit of a let down
Arrived with a small dent to the frame. The whole thing is very lightweight and a bit flimsy. Even the plastic bars don’t really sit straight and level. Definitely not the quality expected for the price. I won’t load it heavy!
