Great support for plantar fasciitis
These say men’s but I wear a 9 and they fit perfectly. I have plantar fasciitis and have to have arch support and a deep heel cup. The allow me to wear other brands of shoes. I actually wear these in my Golden Goose tennis shoes so I can have the support. They work great. I have multiple pairs.

The best inserts for me, that’s for sure
These are the best inserts I’ve ever bought and I've tried many different brands. First the orthos and then vionic (same thing) the active inserts have helped my various foot issues so much, I can’t even explain. Game changer, I’m extremely thankful for them. Have used for years now and I can’t live without them. I buy a pair for every single one of my shoes. I think I they took a little getting used to when I first started at yes wearing them but I’m glad I stuck with them.

Not cheap but worth it
Love these. They relieve my plantar fasciitis whlie working out. Easy to move from one pair of shoes to the other.

Great support. Make sure you slowly get used to them. If you're not used to support then only wear for a few hours at a time for the first few days or else you will be sore.
