Joyful. Purposeful. Energising. A must read.
What a great read, full of nuggets of wisdom, vulnerability and a willingness to be better and do better each and everyday.Having met Jesse Cole a couple of times, his energy and joy for what he does - serving the fans - is palpable in his writing. What also strikes me is how he inspires not only the fans of the Savannah Bananas baseball team but also his own team - from the players to the hot dog seller, from side to side and top to bottom.While Jesse doesn't say this specifically, having staff that are actually Fans First-ly of his vision and purpose and that are inspired to step into that every day is something we could all take a lesson from.Joyful. Purposeful. Energising. 5 stars.
