Initially the boots weren't the most comfortable digging into my ankle. Performance on paved roads, gravel trail and rough city streets (Chicago) they are phenominal! Super fast and smooth. After a year, boots are crazy comfortable, wheels are still in use with only minor wear...I do rotate frequently, frames look brand new. Only signs of wear are from me getting back into skating so some falls have occurred. I took about a 20 year break from skating and used to skate in rinks, street and would also speed skate. These skates have helped get back into one of my favorite sports.
