Perfect fit for 2008 Tahoe
Perfect fit for 2008 Tahoe - one of the few replacement cables on Amazon that specified which vehicles it would work for. It was a bit of a challenge getting the old cable out, but the new cable fit perfect and was easy to install. Getting a cable without the pull handle would not have worked.

I ordered this one to replace the brake release handle that broke. This part fit perfectly and worked great. Since this was Dorman, the price was just right. The dealer wanted more for the same quality. Recommend it for anyone else.

Right part for the problem
There were no instructions with the part, but it was pretty straightforward to install. You do have install the end off the cable coming into the side of the release mechanism, and the rotate it 90 degrees. It fit like a glove.

Parking Brake Pedal Release Cable fit my 2009 Chevy Silverado Perfectly. It was a little tricky to install, but not that hard.

Brake cable
The plastic clip would not fit into the bracket, the clip was a mm to big and there for did not go into the bracket.

one side of the hinge broke the second time I released the parking brake. sorry but I'm not impressed with this product.
