Delicious Coconut CREAM (not milk)
Good, tasty stuff. This is the only actual dehydrated coconut CREAM I've been able to find, confirmed by its ingredients list. It actually has a heavier fat content than regular/whole coconut milk (which is often also mis-referred to as coconut "cream"). TIP- In order to avoid lumps, to blend-in/dissolve this powder completely: 1. Whisk into hot liquids (simple stirring won't cut it). 2. Blend together with other cold ingredients in blender on high speed. 3. Thoroughly mix/sift together with other dry/powdered ingredients before combing with liquids. Though a bit pricey for the amount you receive, I still highly recommend if you want dry coconut CREAM!

Mixes well in hot drinks
It mixes well with my frother and more of a coconut taste than I expected. I use coconut milk in my cooking all of the time, but the coconut creamer is very coconutty.

Pay attention to ingrediants - They don't allow return of this product.
This product contains a harmful chemical Maltodextrin, that can cause spikes in blood sugar levels, especially for those with diabetes. When I discovered this on their package and try to return the product I found out that they don't allow to return this product. It's a scam.

Delicious!! Great creamer alternative!
This stuff is fantastic! I developed a pretty severe allergy to any and all cow products (beef & dairy) a couple of years ago. It's been a difficult process adjusting to all of the new dietary restrictions; dairy is used in so many things you'd never think about, and even food that doesn't directly contain it is often processed in that same facility or on the same equipment as other things that do. Unfortunately, my allergy is so sensitive that even trace amounts/contamination produce a full-on reaction. This means that 99.9% of chocolate is off the table for me - even most cocoa powders are a no-go, too. There are, of course, specialty brands that cater to those of us with allergies, but they're often expensive with limited variety (don't get me wrong, though - I'm so thankful to have them). For a chocolate-addict such as myself, it's been a rough & expensive past couple of years. Though I finally found a good, "non-tainted" cocoa powder to help fill the void, there was still something missing in everything I made. There's a certain richness that comes from real dairy that just can't seem to be replicated by all of the alternative vegan milks & creamers available. Until... This coconut cream powder.... Ah, I'm truly an thoroughly satisfied with my non-diary creations now. In the past, I would frequently lament the idea of never having "real" chocolate products again. The first sip I took of the test batch of hot cocoa made with this stuff, and that self-pitying thought flew from my mind. Naturally, it has the most lovely aroma/mild taste of coconut - it was like drinking a liquid Almond Joy. Delicious!!! It dissolves beautifully, and fills that satisfyingly-fatty void left by the absence of "real" dairy. You also get a generous amount for the price. 100% worth it to me -truly an amazing product! The *only* gripe I can find with this product is the packaging; it comes in a pouch with a resealable zipper that the powder was thoroughly packed into upon receipt. No problem, I've experienced this before. I spent a couple of minutes clearing out the zipper with a toothpick and it worked fine. Then, the next time I opened the pouch, the zipper detached from the bag on one side. Oh well - into a ziploc. A minor annoyance, but an area of potential improvement Other than that, this coconut cream powder is perfect! Unless I develop a coconut allergy, too, I'll be buying this stuff as long as the brand produces it.

Delicious
I use this Coconut Cream powder in my coffee. Especially when I run out of milk. I use 2 tablespoons cause I like cream. Does well in my coffee. If I want to make my coconut milk richer I add it to that. I like the taste of the coconut cream powder. I make Chia and Basil seed puddings and put it in that sometimes. All that is , Is the coconut milk 8oz plus 2 tablespoons of either Chia or Basil seeds. Add sweetness if you like and let sit overnight and wa la. Pudding๐ Chia and Basil seeds are supposed to be good for us. Especially Basil. I grind the Chia seed fine. Better for me that way. But coconut powder adds richness I think. Hope this helps Joanie P.

DON'T BUY THIS (ALONE) TO USE AS COFFEE CREAMER
Hi everyone, To start, I am not on Ketogenic diet. Just a disclaimer. I recently went on a journey to replace the awful inflammatory and highly processed oil-based coffee creamers that I have used to sweeten my coffee from your local grocery store. Those creamers contain no dairy and wreak havoc on your body. I decided to try this product as an alternative sweetener. Well... I was absolutely disappointed by the results of this. The taste of my coffee was not sweeter and also the coffee become extremely grainy from all of the particles floating around. I spent a while contemplating on what I should do with this product afterwards. I later decided to keep it (not that there was much choice, due to the return blockage by this seller) and keep researching healthier ways to enhance my coffee. I came across a product that I found to be the best current solution I was able to find within a good price range and this product is (still from Coffee Mate believe it or not) called Natural Bliss (made with few ingredients which is great and NO HIGHLY PROCESSED INFLAMATORY OILS, but does contain sugar) and you can actually still pick this up in your local grocery store, albeit the price being a bit higher than the original Coffee Mate creamers, but a few extra dollars to secure a healthier lifestyle is never even a debate to me, I just do what's healthier for me. This product pairs well WITH Natural Bliss coffee creamer to deliver a healthier sweetened cup of coffee while still giving you the great benefits of MCT oils that are offered from this coconut powder. This is what works for me! if you're unable to have sugar then I'm very sorry to admit that you'll have a difficult time on this journey. I believe there are some organic grassfed collagen creamers out there that you may be able to use but they tend to be very expensive. Collagen is amazing though and I'd argue that it is worth it. Consider organic stevia or monk fruit as sweeteners also. Good luck with your healthy living journey, all!
