A little gimmicky, yeah, but there's also some value here. It's great for releasing tight paraspinal and foot muscles, and has some value for building core stability with some supine mat/reformer/tower repertoire. Not in my top 3-4 props, but great in certain situations.

I hesitated to buy this because the cost for what it is didn’t align but I was also tired of visiting my chiropractor multiple times a week. This device helped release the tension along my spine and has helped in between adjustments. I’ve been able to reduce the number of visits as well. It does seem a little too big for me as I am under 5’ and petite in size, I believe a narrower one would feel even better. It can feel a little intense so placing a blanket over it helps pad it some. Do not lay on it for too long, I laid on it while watching tv and that long duration seemed to increase my discomfort, it really only takes a few minutes.

I use this with EVERY client. My clients cannot wait to use it for every session. It relieves so much back pain!!

Discovered this thing at my pilates studio and had to get one for myself! It's an excellent self-massage tool and work especially well for sore muscles right next to the spine. Really powerful for pain relief and muscle relaxation. Be sure to check out the exercise tutorials on their website.

I was in a serious car accident and have nine herniated discs in my back. The spinefitter is making a big difference in my recovery. Besides the cost of the spinefitter itself and the very pricey extension attachment (I'm a tall guy), I found it impossible to use by myself and need a spotter to make sure that my body is aligned on top of the spinefitter correctly.
