Works great with AKG WMS40 Mini Dual Wireless System
This is the lapel mic you've been looking for to go with your AKG WMS40 Mini Dual wireless system. I originally purchased a Av-jefes Tcm141ll-ta3 Lavalier Microphone for Akg, Samson for the same price and it can't hold a candle to this mic. Needs very little gain and the quality is top notch. I was able to get excellent sound with very little fiddling of the gain and volume on my mixer. The holder has a clip that the cord sits in and is firmly attached. No danger of it popping out. The foam windscreen is held securely on the mic as well. I wish I bought this one first, but the Av-jefes will just be my backup now.

Fantastic mic for $30. Much better than stock Samson mics.
I bought this to pair with the Samson XPD2 wireless mic. The stock Samson mic was poor. This Chinese knockoff of someone’s intellectual property is a great upgrade to the stock Samson mic. For the price, it sounds great. Build quality decent. The look is pro. My only complaint is I wish the mic cord was more pro like and not cheap cord, but unless you work in pro audio, you’ll never know the difference.

Does it's job!
Good product, no static or anything like that. The only pain is that the mic does not stay in the clip. I had to gorilla glue it into its slot to keep it from falling out of the lapel clip. Other than that, works quite nicely!

Surprisingly solid mic
I use this lapel mic with my wireless Samson and I think the audio quality is better than the original mic that came with the Samson. The smaller gauge cable minimizes the risk of fraying and sound cut-out. The wind screen doesn’t stay on but almost every unit I’ve had has a similar problem. I’ve use this mic now for several months for lectures, zoom meetings, and video productions and so far, it’s holding up steady.

If your lapel system does not support higher than 5V , in other words if you lapel uses 2AA battery it will not work.
