Helikon-Tex Medical Line, Mini Med Kit

Another well made item from Helikon-Tex. No loose threads or looped stitching to be found, everything is finished and tight. It features two mesh inner pockets with zippers and a loop on the bottom of the pouch. It's for basic items while hiking or camping to get you or kids through minor injuries. Plenty of room to hold your anti-whatever creams and basic FA items like band-aids, gauze pads, tape, you get the idea. The bottom loop can be used to D-ring a roll of tape if it doesn't fit inside or any other item that will accept on a single loop. All in all, great buy.

Well made with good stitching and materials. Higher quality than you would expect for the price. Small size makes a good Boo-Boo kit or you can shop around for "Mini-IFAK" items and experiment a little with packing it just right. Don't expect the bigger IFAK items to fit properly. You might have to make some compromises. I will try to post some pictures with items so you can get a idea of the size compared to other items.

Pretty small. Fine for a very small kit but a thick Mylar will take half the space available and doesn’t go in without some finagling. My fault for not taking dimensions into account I suppose. As well made as any other Helikon Tex product.

I been looking for a great basic med kit pouch. This is currently being used with my edc bag and I have to say it don't take much room even when stuffed. So as far as construction it's a solid piece of kit! The stitching, grab handle, and molle is all top notch! Another awesome addition is it has integrated molle straps that are solid and been holding up. The inside has two pockets with open mesh and zippers to keep everything nice and secure. Also the zippers on the main part of the pouch has a nice rubber sleeve. It keeps the zippers standing up for easy access. Front part of the pouch has a reflective medic star that actually has come in handy.

Well made, simple and small. Exactly what I was looking for. It's worth the price.

Love how the pouch is organized into 2 zipper compartments so I can sort one side to be medicine/ointments and the other side to be wound care. Good quality and the Velcro front allows you to customize the FAK with different morale patches. The dimensions of the pouch when fully packed is approximately 5” x 3.5” x 3”.

I like the size and form factor easy to throw in a bag or a sling and have my first aid stuff in it for any occasion, at the beach pool hotel, the gym and even at home just nice to have and fits a surprising amount of stuff

Item arrived quickly considering is came from GB. Good quality but just a little smaller than expected. Nonetheless id order another if I needed one because the quality ous nice. Has 2 internal pockets to keep items securely in place and a bidirectional outter zipper. I use it for a "boo-boo' kit.

Pratico, maneggevole, comodo e compatto. Sacca da prima assistenza derivante da kit di primo soccorso. Apertura a bauletto che rende fruibile subito intero contenuto.

La calidad es muy buena, perfecto para el día a día pero justo para actividades al aire libre. En caso de necesitar un botiquín para trekking etc... buscaría otro producto

Habe die Tasche für den Wanderurlaub und andere Outdoor Aktivitäten gekauft. Es passt eine Israeli Bandage, diverse Pflaster und ein Paar Handschuhe rein. Ausreichend für mich. Dank Molle Schlaufen passt die Tasche perfekt an meinen Rucksack. Die Tasche lässt sich komplett öffnen, so dass man Problemlos an den Inhalt kommt. Würde sie wieder kaufen
