But I don't see the wall mount bracket.?** A: There is NOT a wall mount bracket included. I'm sure they are referring that it will easily mount in a wall mounted bracket that's purchased separately. I did receive rack mount screws and wall mount bracket screws (screws plus the square nut clips for square holes in the wall mount brackets) **Q: does this support for POE+** A: It will providing your switch is providing PoE capabilities. **Q: Does this (12-port) support 10Gig speeds?** A: I don't really know.
