Does the visor stop mirror motion

It does not on mine. It has an adhesive that holds it to the inside of the plastic cover and left enough room for my mirror.

Is it easy to remove ?

I sure hope not. If you do want to remove it, park in the sun to warm it up. You'll probably also need some Goo Gone.

Does hit the window when they fold in?

They stick out about 1/4 -1/2 Inches. My 2014 RAM would not hit.
