Only had it for about a week. I have yes4all 105 set dumbells. plate hole size is 1.15. I tried putting 4- 5lb plates in 1 side making dumbell plate weight to 40lbs. Holds pretty good. Only question I have is the durability as I constantly put it in and take it out. We will see. But this thing makes it so easy to increase and decrease weights. I'll probobly max the weights to probably 30lbs on each side of the dumbell. In conclusion, I say this is good for dumbell weight swaps from 40lbs and lower. Outside of that, I would use the the standard star locks.
