A Putting Tool that Seems to Help
Of course, this putting ball can't hurt. It is designed to help you hit the ball square and straight, and it wobbles if you are off, even a little bit. I can see how that works when I practice. It has an arrow on it, so you have to hit it square with the arrow. I have been using it on a putting mat so I can line it up with the putting line. It does open to allow for changing the weight of the ball, but I'm not sure why I would do that -- it seems fine as it is. The instructions and text that come with it need some translation improvement by the way. The ball does require me to bend down and set it up so that it is straight at the hole. If the ball is not aligned it won't give a true response, so that gets old. It is not an expensive tool, so it might be worth trying to help you make the putts.

not sure it helped my game
I'm always looking for gadgets to improve my golf game. This putting "ball" seemed like a good idea. I used it for a while and didn't notice much improvement in my putting. It could be me, for a variety of reasons. I may not have the problem this is designed to address. I only gave it four stars because, while it may not be right for me, I still think it's a good idea.

Cannot adjust weight
The tools to open and adjust weight doesn’t work and spins through. Cannot adjust weight to make it the weight of a regular golf ball

Solid Training Aid
I got this product for a friend who is very into golf (like I imagine most people looking at this product are). This is the feedback he gave me: "Putting is a combination of three distinct skills. The ability to read a green, start a putt on the intended line, and make the putt with the correct speed. This training aid helps with the skill of starting a putt on the intended line. As a training aid, this will give immediate feedback on if you are hitting the putt squarely versus with an open or closed face. I think this is a 4 star product. But honestly it does what it says it does...so feel free to give it a 5." Pressed further it seemed that it just didnt seem like something that he would spend $20 on, so 4 stars when taking value into account. He noted that he did not have trouble changing the weight, but that he only tried it once.

Good Idea, not sold on how much it helps
Bad putters will try almost anything to get better, including putting aid. It works as advertised in terms of function, but after several practice sessions, I'm not making more putts. I can't blame it on the aid, it's just a bad stroke.

Then all wouldn’t sit level to start. Always leans to one side, no matter how you hit it rolled untrue. Tried moving weights around nothing worked
