Well, NOW the difference is unmistakable. With the NasaBeahava Extra Strength SAM-e Supplement, my mood was great and my knees did not hurt. Taking the alternative for three weeks has invited my depressed mood back on the daily. Hikes in the park with my two very strong dogs, that pull like they are trying to win the Iditarod, have my knees hurting.
