Finally found it!
Been searching for a ink refill for a pen I had for a long time. After buying many that are so close but not the one, THIS ONE is EXACTLY the replacement! Not only that, writing with this refill is so smooth and flows great! Nice and solid dark black ink and dries fast. Love it!

Be careful of the size you are buying
There are two sizes of Schmidt ink cartridges - a long one (which I would consider a "standard' size, and a short one. Don't throw your spent ink cartridge way until you can verify the correct size !

It is nice refill but fits very few pen.
This is very nice refill that writes smoothly but few pen can use this refill. I found Schmidt pen. It is more expensive on Amazon than other sellers. I paid 15 dollars. The pen is functional but feels cheap.

Schmidt 8126 Long Version Capless Rollerball Refill for pen
The Schmidt 8126 L.V. refill works very well, as it should, in my Lanier Capless Rollerball pen. The refills have a small "cover cap" over the rollerball ink tip. This keeps the refill ready to write (Slows ink drying process) and extends storage life of one's backup refills.
