Whether or not those results are true or not is another story, but assuming they are true, they are the only blue blockers on Amazon that actually block out 95% of the danger zone of blue light (425nm-475nm). At first, getting used to wearing glasses was tough, and if you're doing any color sensitive work, you'll have to remove them to tell colors apart. For example, yellows will look like whites, etc...After about a week I stopped noticing that I was wearing glasses at all. The build quality is top notch, and I loved the packaging the glasses arrived in. Overall, if something should happen to my pair, or I decide to purchase a second pair for work, I am really happy with this purchase. I have recommended these to my coworkers and family.
