Elite 32" Base Cabinet

Great quality, very happy with the product. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could for 2 reasons below, but I'm giving it 5 because the quality exceeded my expectations. I needed a place for the litter box and I wanted a countertop. Cons: - no back - holes for shelves don't go up high enough - mine arrived without instructions and we couldn't find them online, but we figured it out by finding instructions for an upper cabinet - couldn't have put it together by myself easily since the pieces are really heavy so I had assistance Pros: - excellent quality, maybe better than my kitchen cabinets - great price for what you get - large width compared to other similar products - good neutral colors - easy to assemble, especially considering I didn't have instructions!! - sturdy enough that cutting a hole in the side didn't compromise the structural integrity at all Used this to make a litter box cabinet. I got this for less money than a comparable cabinet at a hardware store which wasn't wide enough. The 32" provides enough room for a litter box and a litter mat. Barely any litter makes it out of this. Roomy enough for my 17 pound cat to get in and move around. He's a tall and long cat! I stapled cardboard from the packaging to the back to keep the litter in the cabinet. I also wish it had higher shelf holes and may drill my own so I can put the shelf up high for storing cat supplies. It's MDF and melamine so my mom cut it for me in a wood shop. I don't think I could have done that at home with just my jigsaw, plus she knows what she's doing and I don't! Anyway, really happy with this cabinet. I want to get the matching upper cabinet next!!

I bought this for my laundry area. This cabinet is very spacious and sturdy. I put it together myself and it was very easy. Directions: The directions have the pieces labeled, but the parts are not. You have to look at the picture and match the piece up. You also have to ensure you have the pieces in the right positions, so I used the hinge placement as a guide. Assembly: This was very easy to put together and the screws went in much easier that the other cabinet I bought with this. You need to really put muscles into screwing them in, and if you use a drill, do it very slowly and not all the way. These screws tend to strip easy. Doors: This is my pet peeve with this brand. The doors are hard to place to close properly. It stated I could drill new holes to get it placed correctly. For the money I spent, I do not want to have to play around and drill new holes to get the doors placed correctly. There is about a 1/2 inch gap between the doors, which I am leaving as I don't want to spent so much time to get it corrected. To me, the doors should be more aligned so you can place them more easily. Overall I do love this cabinet. It is very sturdy and spacious. It holds so much stuff. I put this together myself and it did take about and hour or so. I wish it had a back, but that was not a deal breaker for me.

I bought these because I wasn't sure what I was going to do with my kitchen and didn't want to buy new cabinets if I was eventually going to knock down walls and totally reconfigure it.. but I needed more storage in the meantime. These fit the bill perfectly. You can mix and match to fit the area, they are very sturdy. I found the drawers very difficult to put together, but that could be just me :) The ones without drawers were easy. There are no back to these, so you may want to go to Home Depot and nail some kind of light board to the back to prevent the contents from falling out the back (if you don't have them smack against the wall). Getting replacement parts for missing pieces was a breeze from their very nice customer service dept. in Canada. The boxes are VERY heavy... They were packaged extremely well. I guess my biggest gripe was that the pieces are not individually marked, so it took a bit before I figured out some of the pieces (there are a few that are similar). Would I buy again - yes, in fact may buy more soon. Very solid pieces and would definitely recommend. Oh, if you have a few of them next to each other, they are fine... but not perfectly flush, you probably have to rig something up to fix that but for me it looks fine the way they are.

This product is near garbage. I understand what this is, veneered pressboard paint by number assembly. But still it is garbage. The pre drilled holes don't allow you to adjust the pieces so the surfaces meet flush. Directions are fine, but the pieces are not labeled, just the drawing. The top is the best part but mine is chipped on the corner while still in the box. The veneer is loose and falling off the face of the bottom shelf. The hinges run out of adjustment and there is still a gap between the doors. There is no back, which I knew, but the unit has no diagonal support and is quite flimsy. The middle shelf is weak and sags with 12 bottles is water on it. The screws on the sides strip out before they sink flush so the insert covers stick out and look stupid. You have to finish drilling the holes in the door for the handles. They show a backer block in the instructions, mine didn't come with one. Overall this thing will work, but it is junk. Buy something else. I have several other similarly assembled cabinets of other brands. This is by far the crappiest.

Great cabinet! Works perfectly in my laundry room. Looks great, easy to assemble. It was less expensive than buying cabinet and top separately. And was the width I needed for my space. Our kitty loves his new feeding area as well….bonus!

I'm going to start this with I have built countless pieces of furniture. Drawers, TV stands, bookshelves, platform beds with 6 drawers, trundle beds, bathroom cabinets. I've built a lot of furniture. While this is a nice and sturdy cabinet, the instructions are less than useless. They might as not include them in the box. You should plan to build it by looking at the photo of it and trying to figure out which part is which. I actually started to question whether they had sent me the instructions for the right cabinet. The instructions don't come with a list of the parts. None of the parts are labeled, but then every step acts like the parts are labeled. The holes don't match the instructions, and there's no way to make them match. It didn't end up mattering that it didn't match because where it actually went worked for the most part. The screws that come with the hinges for the door make no sense. After trying and trying and trying with them, I ended up doing what I should have done in the first place, getting real screws from my tool box. Giant, flat tipped screws with no predrilled holes was not a good design choice. They could literally predrill the holes for the door on either side and affect absolutely nothing since they don't go all the way through anyway. Putting the handle on was almost more difficult than any other portion of it because you have to drill the holes yourself. Idk what kind of drill bit they intend you to use, but my black and decker drill struggled getting through the wood. I ended up actually just gluing the bottom because no matter what I did, the flat bottom screw wouldn't go through even though larger pointed screws would. My boyfriend was watching me put it together, and he made the comment, you have more patience than me because if I was putting this together, I would have already set it on fire in the yard. The cabinet is a very nice quality once you get it put together after 3 hours and a lot of cussing later.

Absolutely LOVE it ! Exactly what I have been searching for to replace an old metal stand in my kitchen. It went together perfectly , the directions were very easy to follow . All of the pieces and hardware were there. I have an old Farmhouse style kitchen , and needed another cupboard/counter space . It fits great and the drawer is big too , and great storage . I would definitely endorse getting this cupboard . I have been looking for Years , and am very satisfied with this purchase. I bought a Bookcase shelf ( from Amazon also) that fits great right on top of the cupboard , to use for snacks , etc ❤️❤️. And the drawer handle is perfect for my dish towel 😂🤣

It looks great, finish is relatively durable.

I was skeptical ordering this cabinet to fill the area left by our dryer when we stacked our washer/dryer. The price point led me to believe that I was likely taking the chance on getting a cheaply made piece with low quality control. Thankfully, I couldn't have been more wrong. Bullet points: - Piece arrived 4 days earlier than initially stated. Fantastic, I was able to put it together on the weekend. - Piece is exceptionally heavy. I'm strong and I still used my dolly to get it into the house, and a blanket to drag the box around. - Opening the box and noticed that it was packaged in a way that even though the outside of the box looked rough, everything inside was untouched. Spray in packing foam as well as multi-layered heavy cardboard. - I took each piece out and was thoroughly impressed by the fact that there was not a single scuff, scratch, ding, missing corner, chipped edge banding, etc. Every piece was impeccable. - Heavy 5/8" thick construction. The edge banding is helpful when trying to figure out which side is which. I would have liked the pieces to be labeled with little stickers. - It went together solidly. Large confirmat screws hold the box together, quality 6 way adjustable hinges, twist locking cam-screws hold the counter on top. - Measurements were exact. The ad stated 32" wide and it was precisely that. I would buy from this manufacturer again in a heart beat. I was planning on building a cabinet and there's no way that I could have bought the materials and built this cabinet for less than I paid for it here.

Easy to put together, worked well, and fit where I needed it.

I have had to downsize to a condo, without enough storage or counter space. Looks like it has always belonged in my new space.

A good deal when you consider that the white model of this cabinet is nearly a hundred dollars mor and since we didn't want white it worked out for us.. The only complaint I have is that the instructions were pictures and until you sorted out which was the finished edge of one of the shelves it was a bit confusing. Shipping was good, it was well packaged and it got here on time and was completely intact. So to be honest I'm pleased with it. Although be prepared for a bit of a shock since the top is gun metal grey but other than that it's a good buy.
