Helped with Minitab
I took 2 statistics courses for my MBA with the same professor and the professor had us all use Minitab, but didn't actually teach us how to use it. Heading into my advanced class I was incredibly concerned that I would not be able to teach myself Minitab well enough to do well in the class. This book was an absolute lifesaver. If you basically need to self-teach Minitab this book will truly help.

Understanding processes through data is of paramount importance today. The author wrote a book that does exactly that. How to use a powerful tool (Minitab in its latest version) to extract information and knowledge from data so better decisions can be made. The use of real, down to earth examples facilitates the journey and each statistical test or analysis is fully explained. I look forward to hearing that a new book from R. Khan will be available soon (Minitab 22 or higher).
