I got the blue A5 journal, ordered in December 2022. I still have it and it fits the description. The pages are thick and pen ink doesn't bleed through. It has leather covers with a moose design on the front, and the whole thing has a nice vintage look. There are two separate storage pockets in the back of the journal that fit papers, cards, cash, etc. I would buy it again.

This is so incredibly beautiful. I love the detailing of the engraving on the front, the bookmark with the leaf, and the best thing is that it’s a binder! I can rearrange and add pages. The only thing I had to get used to is the back flap - since it folds around when you close the journal its a bit in the way when it’s open and you’re trying to write.

Sturdy build - it stands up to rough use from an under 10 year old. Encouraged my kid to practice writing, which is great. Also good for sketching things on our walks. I've bought two more for gifts to other kids. I have a feeling I'll be buying more as replacements as my kid's fills up.

Nice journal, rings interfere with writing on the back of the pages.

Questo diario è una meraviglia. L'ho ordinato perché me ne sono innamorata a prima vista e non appena è arrivato ho potuto costatare che è bellissimo come nella foto. E' un piacere maneggiarlo, è morbido al tatto e le pagine scure leggermente ruvide sono spesse e robuste, quasi troppo belle per scriverci su! I ciondoli sono un po' sottili, ma adorabili e il legaccio dà una meravigliosa sensazione di riuscire a ' proteggere ' il contenuto. Sia legarlo che slegarlo è magico, si ha la sensazione di entrare in qualcosa di antico e misterioso. E' fatto benissimo, è resistente, sofisticato e pure economico! Quasi non ci credo che un oggetto di tale fattura costi così poco. Il diario è ricaricabile, quindi si può usare praticamente all'infinito. Ha delle tasche per conservare delle cose, buono per metterci le brutte delle mie storie che ancora non sono degne di venir trascritte su queste pagine. In sintesi uno stupendo oggetto di valore per chiunque ami il vintage e abbia scritti speciali da custodire. Servizio Amazon impeccabile come sempre. Cinque stelle su tutto!

I bought this for writing up my notes as a Druid in a D&D campaign. I wanted a designated notebook just for D&D and thought it would be nice to have something that related to my character in aesthetics. I absolutely love this notebook, the quality is lovely and I like the subtle but beautiful design on the front with the added charms that hang from the book that I sometimes use as page markers and the medieval feel with the tie to hold it shut. Perfect for the purpose I wanted it for. The paper that comes with it is of good quality and a nice colour, not a stark white like most notebooks. I especially love the wallets at the back and being ring bound, the reusability of it, if I use all the paper, I can just buy more. The mechanism to open and shut the rings is very strong and a little scary with how powerful it is, you better watch your fingers! Overall I am incredibly pleased with this purchase and for the price, you would not know it was so cheap. This would make a great gift for someone who likes this type of aesthetic or perhaps even for other people who play a Druid in D&D.
