This is a good quality shampoo that pretty much delivers the goods and works as advertised. Only complaint is that I don't really like the scent - it brings the vision of a 1960's barbershop to mind. Still, the scent rinses out and you're left with soft, silky and clean hair. Definitely worth a try.

I remember buying this for my first time in Las Vegas at the Venetian and I loved the smell and feel of this shampoo. When I bought it this time around through Amazon, there was NO scent and it made hair feel tangled and hard to lather. I will never buy this through Amazon again, also when it arrived the shampoo had leaked, even with the plastic wrap on it. Waste of good money.

I bought two each of the shampoo and conditioner after using them in a Hilton hotel. What I love is that the shampoo doesn’t strip your hair and the conditioner doesn’t leave it heavy and greasy. My fine, curly hair, which can feel harsh and brittle, is soft and shiny after using the combo.

I love this shampoo but the dispenser is a disaster - the pump re-locked itself repeatedly and on the last attempt to unlock it the the top part of pump completely broke off, making it unusable. It is annoying to unscrew the top and pull the pump completely out of the bottle to get some shampoo. If they are going to send product with faulty pumps they should at least include a normal cap as an alternative.

I loved the smell of this shampoo when I tried it in a hotel. Unfortunately, continued use left my hair looking limp and slightly greasy. Not the best for fine hair.

Best shampoo ever...smells great and I also have the conditioner it leaves my hair in the best condition than any other products...and I've tried them all..pretty pricey but u get what u pay for...

Met this brand in an upscale B and B, and it instantly became my newest obsession. Used with the partner conditioner, it leaves my hair soft and very clean, without damaging it. I'm saving up to try more of the branded products.

Leider kann man keine Minussterne geben. Schon auf den ersten Blick war zu erkennen, dass die Flasche schon älter und häufiger benutzt worden war. Das Etikett war fleckig und man sieht ganz deutlich Kratzer und Schrammen auf der Flasche. Weiterhin war der Verschluss kaputt. Auch als die Sicherung entfernt wurde, lies sich der Spender nicht nach unten drücken. Man konnte die Flasche nur öffnen, wenn man den Verschluss komplett aufdreht und entfernt. Dabei zeigte sich dann, dass die Flasche fast gar kein Produkt enthielt! Die wenigen Reste waren nur Wasser mit Wasser aufgefüllt! Ich habe 20€ bezahlt, für eine alte Schampooflasche mit Wasser! Die geht am Montag natürlich sofort zurück. (Anmerkung: in dem ebenfalls gekauften Conditoner war tatsächlich nur Wasser)

The pressing mechanism of the shampoo sent to me was damaged. In addition, there was visible wear on the surface of this item. Also, the shampoo was noticeably thinner than the original product I bought from the official website. I consulted the manufacturer of the brand, and the reply was that this shampoo was produced in 2017. It's 2021, why send me a product made 4 years ago?

Water mixed in, avoid
