Works AMAZINGLY WELL for side accent lights for inside my limo! The photos don't do it justice! Ordering another set for 2 more side panels... also keeps the younger kids occupied while there in the limo as well.. these were EXACTLY what I needed even though I had no idea what I was looking for when I started looking... Love em

they have great colors and they are easy to hang on the wall. I planned to buy more for my son since he love to light then up. he is autistic and he love that kind of sensory thing.

I have not been too impressed with many of the led based portable lights that have some sort of linked design. What I mean by this is the types of lights such the roll bases linked type that comes in rolls. Also there are types of linked led lights that have inserts that you can move around to connect them together. I always have been impressed with how this type of technology gives you illumination and moving or color based lights without it emitting dangerous heat that can be a fire hazard. My issues with a lot of these kinds of lights is the fragility and cheapness of the links. Finally with this hexagon style light system, I have found the best of what I like about portable led lights, without finding anything annoying or troublesome. What I mean about "the best" is in reference to the lights being touch sensitive as well as neat looking and not hot to the touch, with neat color changing options. The idea with these hexagonal lights is you can keep ordering them and connecting them together. There is a limit to how many you can connect with one power cord. This leads me to my one complaint which is this requires a cord to be plugged into it at all times with no charging ability which would of been neat. The product page seems to magically not show a cord attached to them or have the pictures angled in a way to make it seem not involved. This is a bit more than a mild complaint though not in the sense of something that will prevent me from ordering more which I will do. It is just misleading to not clearly show the power cord attached in the pictures used to sell the unit. I do like how the cord that is included is long enough to be able to hang down the wall to then meet an extension cord or something that allows it to me mounted higher on a wall. I love the hexagonal shape not only because it looks cool but also because it looks like a molecular diagram. This allows you to keep the light design connected in a way that maintains the molecule look, or you can make shapes like a circle or triangle with them. There are some limitations to how many you can connect in general as well- not just with one cord. The directions indicate to limit the amount to a certain number, if you are just using the white light option. I love the colors so this will not apply to me. I like the options where the colors fuse into each other in a fading fashion. This looks super cool when you then start touching the individual hexagons. It then turn in to one of those dance floor things that light up when you step on them but in a neat wall light. I noticed when you have the dominant color set to red then touch on to change it, it looks very cool when it changes to green or yellow when next to each other in the link. The assembly is very easy and creative. There are small holes surrounding each light that you connect to the next one along with the slot that receives the computer chip that is the connecting piece to link the lights together. I was able to connect all six in this set in about five or six minutes. There is an arrow on the chip to let you know exactly where it goes. In the video clip included you can see me navigate through the different colors first by touching them manually to change them then by using the remote to choose the three different motion controls. You can choose the colors via the corresponding button on the remote as well. You can also use the touch control while the motion mode it functioning for an true mix up. In conclusion I am satisfied with this light set and recommend ordering several of these to really get the full experience. I am tempted to make several inks of these that have about fifteen each.

It's a decent product, but sometimes the remote only changes the color of some of the lights. Could be better if compatible with apps like apple homekit or something.

Plugged em all up and they work. I like taping a few to make then solid while the rest Rotate colors. They do get out of sync after a while but it's still very cool.
