Great with back pain!
Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it assembled and ready to use within about an hour. The build quality feels solid and secure, which is especially important when you’re literally hanging upside down. The frame is sturdy, the ankle supports are well-padded, and the locking system gives a reassuring sense of control when adjusting the angle. In terms of performance, the table does exactly what it promises. After short daily sessions, I’ve noticed reduced lower back tension and improved spinal decompression, especially after long hours of sitting or standing. It’s also surprisingly relaxing once you get used to it, and the padding is comfortable enough for extended use. Overall, this inversion table is a worthwhile investment for anyone dealing with back pain, muscle tightness, or poor posture. It’s well-built, effective, and offers great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add spinal relief and stretching into their routine.

Do it, your body will thank you 💪
Amazing machine. I am a big guy and it's hard for me to find a machine that handles my weight. This one here does it effortlessly. Very strong, comfortable & capable. If you were looking for a solid machine you found it. So far 0 issues past assembly which wasn't hard but more tedious if anything.

For the most part, worth the cost
At about half the cost of the highest price inversion tables, this seemed like a fair choice. Assembly was fairly straightforward with some interpretation of the instructions. All the parts were there. Putting it together took about 45 mins. Would have been a bit faster but I used the POS wrenches that were provided rather than going to the toolbox to get real wrenches. No leftover parts but now the cons . . . The padded back table is cheaply made, with lots of staples but I am not impressed with the quality Lumbar support - supposed to attach with hook and loop, the problem with that is you need both parts, nothing on the backboard that it can attach to. Pretty much useless anyway, so cheaply made. The foam pads at the ankle bar, slip on and slip off, pretty sure I will be using some spray adhesive to keep them in place. And as for durability, it's a joke, just a tube of raw foam Height indicators are metric so I had to google to find out what 5' 9 was Safety strap - useless POS BUT - it works and I got some back relief, so over all a solid 4

Great Inversion Bench, Sturdy for a Good Price
I suffer from degeneration in my spine and “arthritis” in my neck. This inversion table is one of the key components of my personal treatment plan. It is well made and works exactly as promised. Initially I was overwhelmed by the number of parts. But after watching the assembly video several times, simply spreading all the pieces out on the floor, then following the directions, it was easy to assemble within about 30-45 minutes. ONE SUGGESTION! A usable wrench is included, but if you want to speed through the assembly process, use your own wrench and a pair of pliers.

Good support easy adjustments and solid inversion table for back relief
This feels stable once you set it up, frame is strong and doesn’t wobble while using it, the ankle holders are more comfortable than expected and hold you in place without feeling too tight, adjusting the height is simple and it doesn’t take long to get used to flipping back, helps stretch the back and release pressure especially after sitting all day, locking system works fine and gives you control so you don’t feel out of control going upside down, not too hard to assemble just takes some time, for the price it’s worth it if you want something at home for back support and light training

Not worth 139$
From start to finish. Make sure you have a knife of scissors because everything is wrapped in tape. While you have the scissors go ahead and cut open and remove all the plastic because nothing has labels anyways. The instructions show pictures and just match the parts and pick the bolt to use. Bolts are named short/long/longer. On mine the handles did not line up just had to go with it. Also the back rest metal was too wide to go in properly so I had to force it. The back or lumbar support is a joke and useless. The tools provided are garbage so just use your own wrenches. Now let's say you have it together and want to use it. The foot rest is not so great and your feet will possibly hurt. If you decide you want to go all the way back to its lowest point you might have to do a sit up to get back upright because the grab handles dont help much. Maybe mine just has bad bearings im not sure. It say 199 marked down to 139 but even at 139$ this thing sucks. Just spend a little more and get s better quality one or buy used off marketplace.

Keep support with you.
My only issue with product is it requires help to get up from the inverted position. I have used an inversion table before and when you lower hands, the table slowly adjusted to the upright position. The quality is great. I am not sure of the pain relief considering I just received it today.

Top notch table
I thoroughly enjoy my inversion table. It is strong and flexible for different levels of degrees of tilt to ease into the amount of stretch you want from about 70% to complete vertical. I would recommend viewing the video on how to assemble it prior to trying it on your own. It shows you a couple of very easy steps that will save a lot of time. Great product.
