Great with back pain!
Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it assembled and ready to use within about an hour. The build quality feels solid and secure, which is especially important when you’re literally hanging upside down. The frame is sturdy, the ankle supports are well-padded, and the locking system gives a reassuring sense of control when adjusting the angle. In terms of performance, the table does exactly what it promises. After short daily sessions, I’ve noticed reduced lower back tension and improved spinal decompression, especially after long hours of sitting or standing. It’s also surprisingly relaxing once you get used to it, and the padding is comfortable enough for extended use. Overall, this inversion table is a worthwhile investment for anyone dealing with back pain, muscle tightness, or poor posture. It’s well-built, effective, and offers great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add spinal relief and stretching into their routine.

Deserves a good rating
I've been using this board for the past 3 months to help with some degerative spinal issues amongst other issues in multiple segments. My therapist uses traction on me in every pt session, while I use the board every other day for 5 minutes. Both approaches offer some temporary relief. I removed the lumbar support altogether as it was causing pain when pushing up against my spine, no matter how I positioned it. Also, you'll want to adjust the length of the leg support to help with the balance when you're on the board. If anything, bias the balance so that it's a little easier to return to the upright position. You'll want to have someone with you the first time you use the board until you get the balance correct since you may need a little assistance getting upright to avoid straining your arms. All of the doctors whom I'm consulting with, have all recommended doing a partial inversion instead of a full inversion so I do use the safety bar. The board is well made and should last a life time. Can't imagine why I would pay more. The board performs a pretty basic function and meets my needs.

Overall has been a great inversion table. Two minor things keep it from being perfect
I got this to help relax my back after sitting all day for work. I’ve been using it for a few months now and don’t regret the purchase. The overall quality is good and works for its purpose. The two things that can be improved are the weak foot locking mechanism - this is what caused me to knock a star off - and the table resting position when folded. I’ve attached pictures of both of these. The biggest quality failure is in the locking mechanism for your feet. After only a few months it has worn out to the point where I have to manually pull the lever up to lock it into place, where initially it had enough tension on its own to return to its locked position. The second is a minor annoyance which is how the table rests at an angle when the legs are folded up. This means you have to place something with weight in front of the table for it to remain in place when you’re trying to put it away - a bigger problem when you don’t have a lot of space. Overall I’d recommend it if I couldn’t find something more solid in a similar price range

Only Jesus can heal you faster!!
My wife and I were suffering with back pain and sciatica. I even scheduled doctors visits for physical therapy and pain pills were used almost daily. This inversion machine was able to take care of both our problems. My wife also had some neck and shoulder pain from sitting all day. I took two months off from the gym because of my discomfort using this machine is not going to fix your problem immediately it takes time expect about a month but things will get better daily with one use for us. It’s been life-changing. I am 320 pounds in this machine handles me just fine. It handles my wife also who is more petite I am 6 feet tall. There’s a video that comes with the assembly when you scan a QR code it makes assembly very easy. Everything is heavy duty materials and it’s a great value for the price. If anyone in your family has neck back shoulder or nerve pain. This will fix them. Definitely a great product for the price.

Not worth 139$
From start to finish. Make sure you have a knife of scissors because everything is wrapped in tape. While you have the scissors go ahead and cut open and remove all the plastic because nothing has labels anyways. The instructions show pictures and just match the parts and pick the bolt to use. Bolts are named short/long/longer. On mine the handles did not line up just had to go with it. Also the back rest metal was too wide to go in properly so I had to force it. The back or lumbar support is a joke and useless. The tools provided are garbage so just use your own wrenches. Now let's say you have it together and want to use it. The foot rest is not so great and your feet will possibly hurt. If you decide you want to go all the way back to its lowest point you might have to do a sit up to get back upright because the grab handles dont help much. Maybe mine just has bad bearings im not sure. It say 199 marked down to 139 but even at 139$ this thing sucks. Just spend a little more and get s better quality one or buy used off marketplace.

Needs work
It does work for the price. There may need to be some small modification(s) made. The backboard on mine was too wide to bolt on, plastic bushings were too long on the hinges. Hopefully it's half as durable as my last machine.

Do it, your body will thank you 💪
Amazing machine. I am a big guy and it's hard for me to find a machine that handles my weight. This one here does it effortlessly. Very strong, comfortable & capable. If you were looking for a solid machine you found it. So far 0 issues past assembly which wasn't hard but more tedious if anything.
