My class loves this activity.

These models of simple machines, along with the activity cards that can be purchased separately, were a great hands-on experience for my Montessori students. Since I am at a public school, it also helped prepare them for the state assessment while maintaining fidelity to the Montessori method. As a former traditional teacher, I recommend this for all students!

I love to keep my children's mind challenged through the summer. This simple machine set is fun. I purchased on a lightening deal and got a good discount on it. One summer day I pulled it out, and we created. Easy for my 11 year to see the processes and why things triggered other movements. Educational AND fun too. The set comes in a nice sturdy box which is great for storage later. The pieces are well made, sturdy and strong. This would be great in a homeschool closet of education fun for sure.

I got this for my simple machines unit for pre-k. The kids liked it, however it’s not durable enough to let them play with it. The one machine kept coming apart.

My 9 year old daughter became obsessed with this set at a science expo - a group had this set up and was using it to explain basic physics to the kids. My daughter was having so much fun "playing" with this, she didn't want to leave. The only way I could get her to move was to promise to buy it for her. Since it arrived last weekend, she has "played" with it every day. Her 5 year old brother also loves it. The pieces are sturdy and the instructions are great. This toy is just perfection.

Child friendly, pictures were easy to follow and the kids really enjoyed playing with it.

I got this set for my daughter for Christmas and she hasn't played with it. I feel like this would probably be a great product for a classroom (though the quality of the plastic may not be able to endure the wear and tear that comes from kids playing with it day in day out), or for a homeschooling family, but would not recommend buying it as a toy.

This product came in and its original box and nicely package. It is great for teaching kids or kids playing freely. It’s very well-made. Not too big and not too small perfect size.
